Connected is the word after this funny ending with his music.
So thank you for sharing that.
That's an awesome special share.
Don't I think, yes.
So tomorrow's going to be a bit of a kick-bump.
Now, Steph and I are not in the room.
Because there is a new piece of research that has been done by Movember.
I reference their research a lot.
They did a piece very linked with the Manosphere that's really good, but they've just released another piece.
which Zach Salda was also a part of.
And it is about the impact on men's mental health postpartum, which we obviously don't speak a lot about ever.
And it's really important that we do talk about it.
I think especially now we talk a lot about equality within relationships.
And what that comes with is obviously the equality, which is fantastic, but it's also the fact that we haven't let go of the pressures on men.
Kind of they have this pressure to be the breadwinner and a lot of them, even though a lot of families now have, well, most families in Australia have dual working parents.
there's still this underlying pressure on men to earn the most money and be a provider.
