If it was me and Kenny steps forward and we all know and love Kenny and Kenny says, I'm taking one, I'd be kind of going, Jesus, he's just the type of fella that would have that personality to step forward and do it.

So it's who wants to do it, who really feels it.

I think you can do work beforehand about explaining to players, don't change your mind because that's the last thing.
