Malugin notes the subject suspect in the case is a Haitian illegal alien who was caught and released at the border by the Biden administration in 2022.
An immigration judge ordered the subject deported from the U.S.
later that same year.
But DHS under the Biden administration shielded him from deportation by granting him TPS, temporary protected status, which expired in 2024.
Brings back the point I made often.
That yes, not every single person who enters the country illegally, even though you broke the law, will go on to commit additional crimes because you committed a crime and you shouldn't be here, period.
However, this individual in this video should not have been here at all.

Once we get control of the illegal immigration situation, the crime rate will drop.
We do not need to add people to the country as a magnet for people, many of whom couldn't hack it in their own country, and some of them may be fugitives in their own country.
