Then we're going to have a concurrence in the judgment by Justice Barrett, joined by Justice Kagan, and then a dissent by Justice Jackson, joined by Justice Sotomayor.

I didn't notice the gender of the justices, Dan.

You don't see gender.

You don't see characteristics.

You just judge everyone as individuals.
