As a home cook, when I first started my journey, if my friends came over and like anything I made was bad, and it probably was, right?
Because I didn't have a lot of experience.

I used to make this cubed chicken with caramelized onions.
It was horrific.
And at one point, Miranda broke down during a meal and she was like, I hate your cooking.
I used to make bad dishes.
I would be so insecure.
I'd be the person who you should white lie like, oh, like it was pretty good.
I had pizza when I was at your house last time.
We're going to get to that.
Now I cook a lot.
I'm a somewhat experienced home cook.
I don't have like delusions that I'm like a chef level, but I think for a home cook, I'm decent.
And I care a lot about it.
And I watch cooking videos and I like that kind of stuff.
