How on earth are they second favourite, Ian?

Think back a couple of years, all the excitement around England here, and you look at Jude Bellingham, Cole Palmer, Phil Foden, and you're like, wow, there's so much to choose from here, and they've all just turned rubbish.

Harry Kane and Declan Rice are the only two good players, if you're looking at England just on this season.

But isn't Tuchel, it doesn't matter anymore, Ian.
