The supporters saw what they just put into that game.

They gave it everything.

We're playing one of the best teams in the world.

And for them to go out there and make it as competitive as they did was incredible.

No, I mean, look, at the end of the day, the rules are the rules.

And I feel like we put on a really great performance and it was reflected not only on the pitch, but in the stadium.

It's been the aim since day one.

Great FA Cup tie, wasn't it?

Oh, absolutely.

And I know the tendency would be to go down the path of how impressive Wrexham was.

But as a player, while they may be excited about the sort of performance that they put forth, there's also going to be a part of you that says, man, we were right there.

Yeah.

You know, you go up 2-1, and it's 20 minutes to go, and you're thinking, hey, let's hang on and hold on for the next 10, 15 minutes or so and make sure that Chelsea don't get back into this match, and then we close it out, and as they push numbers forward, maybe we'll get a counterattack opportunity and score a third, and this is done.

and they just were not able to get beyond those first five, 10 minutes.

Chelsea scored right away, made it 2-2.

And even at 2-2, it was still competitive, and the red card did something to this match that really conditioned the way that Wrexham were gonna play.

So while the story in itself continues to be magical for Wrexham, and it will be, and I have no doubt in my mind that this team eventually will make it into the Premier League, and that in itself will be magical, I think today,
