If we make efficiencies and make savings, that money can be diverted into the NHS.
You know, we're very strong about overseas spending.
The Welsh Government spends about £9 million a year in overseas aid, overseas offices.
That's the equivalent to around about 150 to 200 newly qualified nurses.
But Labour will dismiss that and say, oh, it's such a small percentage of the overall budget, it doesn't really matter.
And that's the difference.
