The process of leading by example, then you transition into being a guy that can pick his spots to let his voice be heard.
And so I think that's going to be really interesting.
He also responded to Ben Johnson's referral of him as a trained killer from the owners meetings last week and said, yeah, I'm glad to hear my head coach believes that I play the game the way I believe I play the game.
And so that's a fun little thing to keep an eye on as we get to know Kobe a little bit better and as we get to observe his play style a little bit.
Yeah, well, it's a very good question, Marshall, because you're reminded on days like this that, you know, like Garrett Bradbury is still trying to figure out how to get his wife and his two young daughters settled in a new place of living, right?
And so you forget that, like, this is the first day of the off-season program today.
They're walking in the door.
They've got to go home and take that playbook and study it.
They've got to get their own personal life settled and arranged accordingly.
And so there's a lot of steps between now and playing meaningful football in September.
I think he's very well aware that Ben Johnson has made this emphasis that we've got to walk into week one
with the center and the quarterback seeing the game very similarly.
And so there's going to be a process to that.
It's getting to know the offense first, and then it's those two guys, Caleb and Garrett, getting to know each other in a way that allows them to communicate and see things similarly.
So that doesn't just happen.
You don't just plant the seed on April 20th and it just sprouts.
These guys are going to have to water that seed.
They're going to have to tend to it.
And they're going to have to figure out a way to bring that relationship to life so that it produces results similar to what Caleb and Drew got last year.
And so that's going to be a process that's going to be worth watching here in the next four or five months.
