The draft is done.
It's the Monday after the draft.
What's going on, Mr. Weider?
How you feeling after all that Bears action from the weekend?
Yeah, I mean, I think that it took a deep breath for everybody to kind of work through some of the Bears moves and some of the things that they did.
And it was in the moment, it was really difficult to work through their third round.
heat of the moment when you hear the Bears have selected a tight end in Sam Roush out of Stanford in the third round, an in-line Cole Komet-like
tight end it was like what is going on um same thing really with the wide receivers avian thomas more of a returner the kid out of lsu but yeah you do start to get a little perspective and you start to understand a little bit more about what they did let me just go through for the sake of uh recapping and for the sake of the audience and then we'll get into more of our opinions and tell you be a little more specific with the
the enlightenment that maybe Dan and I are feeling about this draft.
But let me just go through the entire draft class here really quickly just to get everybody up to date.
As most people know by now, in the first round, the Bears selected the safety Dylan Thienemann out of Oregon.
In the second round, the Bears took the center, Logan Jones, out of Iowa.
The two third rounders that we're talking about now, that Sam Roush, I just mentioned him, the tight end out of Stanford.
