Well, several new updates on the case today.

There are now questions about the timeline of when everything happened in this case.

Savannah Guthrie posting that new heartbreaking video this morning and then new information on the DNA evidence that was found inside Nancy Guthrie's home.

According to two federal law enforcement sources that spoke to Fox Digital.

The DNA samples from the home came back to people who had reason to be there, and then one partial sample yielded a result that couldn't be checked by the FBI's CODIS database.

This comes as a source close to the investigation tells Fox Digital the suspect caught on Guthrie's doorbell camera may have shown up before her disappearance.

The Pima County Sheriff's Office has called this speculation, saying all the photos released by the FBI were from February 1st, the day Nancy went missing.

But according to the source cited by Fox Digital, one of the images released to the public was taken on a different date.

And then this morning, Savannah Guthrie released another heart-wrenching video.

In it, she acknowledged that her mother may not be found alive and pleaded for anyone with information on Nancy's whereabouts to come forward,

Please keep praying without ceasing.

We still believe.

Law enforcement still hasn't named a suspect or a reason for her disappearance.
