You might hate it.

You might despise the speech, but you could go.

I do think that going to see Robert De Niro and Mark Ruffalo is a strange thing.

Some Democrats think that the solace that they could find in Hollywood is going to help them.

But what some of them might be able to do, like I imagine this is why Senator Schiff did this, is that these little quick hits get you these small dollar donations, right?

So then what's happening is that you have responses.

You have the official Democratic response from Abigail Spanberger.

But then you also have a working families response.

Then you have a Spanish language response.

To me, the Democrats have a lot of disunity, except for one thing.

They obviously all got on us on a conference call and did the bat signal to find out that they were supposed to say they would rather stick needles in their eyeballs than go to the speech.

Absolutely.

That's the one thing they can agree.

And on Governor Spanberger, your thoughts about the pressure on her to do something significant, because everyone's saying she's the star and the so-called moderate.

So two years ago, I was like, wow, she's great.

But then Jesse opened my eyes, and then she became...

the governor, I don't think, wait, how can you run as somebody who's going to be this moderate Democrat who is like yelling at the Democratic Party, yelling at the Biden people, saying you're going way too far left.

You're pulling this party too far left.

We have to be more moderate.
