I mean, saying a three-month-old is old enough for his own room.
If a parent wants to do that, yeah.
But they're not in your house.
They don't know if you're breastfeeding or formula feeding.
They probably know.
They're not in there with you.
And if you're still breastfeeding to get up and go to the other room when your baby's crying, it's like put them in a bassinet.
Some people have bassinets that are attached to their bed so they don't co-sleep, but it's easy to just grab the baby and put them back in their own bassinet.
Like you got to do what you got to do.
I mean, this is prime postpartum depression and anxiety time.
They have no right to interject and tell you how to handle your child emotionally.
And it's convenient for your husband to be in this group chat and have these conversations when he's not the primary caregiver.
You're the stay-at-home parent right now.
He's going to work every day.
He's the breadwinner.
He gets a break.
