I think you're talking really about an optimal state.
It's just a notch or two below flow.
It feels really good.
Things go very, very smoothly for you.
I actually wrote a book called Optimal about this.
And I feel that the optimal state is more reachable.
It's a state you can get into.
One of the entry points
doors, a portal to that state, by the way, is paying full attention to what you're doing, being really absorbed.
So when you two, Sonia and Simon, are talking to someone and you're really into the conversation, you're in that state.
When you're thinking, oh, this would be a really good topic for conversation, let's go see if we can get this person, you're in that optimal state.
And so the more you can do it, the better.
If you get out of it, get back in.
Pay attention to what's going on right now.
That's the doorway in.
Yeah.
Well, first of all, ask yourself, do I like this person?
That's a sign.
Because emotionally intelligent people are likable.
There are people you want to be with, people who feel nutritious.
