And I'd say the pressure, the sleepless nights come from how do you either maintain or grow that position?
Indeed.
Now, before we get into our interview with Sabrina Casalto, I do want to draw your attention to last weekend we named Peter O'Donovan from Cartrawler as our Business Leader of the Month.
We will be naming a Business Leader of the Month between now and November because in November we'll have our Business Leadership Awards and there'll be a category for all of those nominees and there'll be one overall winner.
Just to say that if you are interested, if you have someone you want to nominate, we have seven or eight different categories on the night.
for small, medium, large-sized businesses.
So go to the businesspostleadershipawards.ie and you will get all the details there.
Get your entries in and we hope to see you there on the night.
But here now is our interview with Sabrina Casalta of Vodafone Ireland.

You obviously are Italian.
Where were you beforehand and what, I suppose, have been your impressions of Ireland since you've been here?
And did you always see yourself as wanting to be a chief executive?
CFO, yeah.
Okay.
Okay.
So you're here, as you say, in around a year.
What are your impressions of Ireland?
