Is it I won't say naive is probably the wrong, but is it beyond matched

incredible to think that international government in such an unstable geopolitical space that you can get a a global consensus as to how ra how to regulate this space. matched

And is this just a 'cause companies tend not to want regulation. matched

So is this a new bout of altruism that has entered the tech space or or like what's the motivation for open AI to seek regulation? matched
