And you very pointedly rejected a deal.

Which would have seen Kenny Jacobs walk away with...

There's a 960 figure, there's a 1.2 million figure, you might clarify that now.

But one, you might explain, again, why did you reject that figure?

And two, was that not an implicit or explicit undermining of the chair at the time?

But then it was like... So you clearly... My taking from that is that you were clearly saying to the board, and not just Basil Gagan, get back in a room and figure a way out... I did say that.

Were you disappointed that it ultimately came to Kenny Jacobs leaving?

A very huge pay off.

Do you accept, though, that your decision to reject it will make the attracting of a new chief executive more difficult?

It's in your constituency as well.
