Players now have a massive say in, you know, deciding who actually comes in as manager and actually who potentially might go out.
Because at the end of the day, just say if the county board or the county board chairman
was to go off and make that decision without consulting my players.
So then the players were saying, Jesus, you never consulted us.
Then you have unhappy players.
So I'd say, reading between the lines, the fact that Doc O'Rourke was after leaving then, I would be 99% sure that Neil Moore, the chairman then, would have went to the players and the players then
would have said, you know what, we want change.
And then, ultimately then, you're left then, like Neil Moore then has to probably go back to the county board then and then, you know, break the news to Peter.
And it's not nice news to break, lads.
And it's one thing that when I look back in, you know, the news that...
we would have told Pat Flynn, you know, on the phone back then that, you know, he would have had to then go and make that phone call to Justin.
And I have huge regrets with that as well.
Well, this is the thing where I think it's... And I just hope if...
if it did play out that the players wanted to change, I just hope that they're after conducting their business in the right way.
Because there's one thing that back when we were looking for a change, we conducted our business in the right way that, you know, every player was contacted.
I think there was actually two or three players were away and couldn't make it tonight.
And we asked for their opinion on it.
So every player was after being asked for their opinion.
So if it did happen that way,
You know, the players wanted to change.
