One really appetising hurling fixture and one appetising football fixture on a Sunday.
And I don't think anyone would give out, Dan, for whatever other games GA Plus gave.
And I think it has to be... And I think...
RTE have to have a strong voice and because at the end of the day RTE whether people like RTE or not are our voices lads are the nation's voices because they're the free to air voice they're acting on behalf of the nation and what the nation want to watch so RTE have to have a strong voice and say well look you know what Tipperary are playing Cork we want that game on the Saturday Limerick are playing
player on the Sunday we want that game and they're not speaking on behalf of RT they're speaking on behalf of the nation what the nation want not what RT want it's what the nation want and the boys on Crowe Park the penny has to drop the penny has to drop and then give it over then there'll be there'll be
loads of other games that the GAA Plus can cover.
And maybe in time then, we might have a GAA channel.
I think we're probably going in that direction.
Because at the end of the day, even if you're on the GAA Plus, like Tommy Welch and Noel Connors and Richie Hogan, David Burke and Cadigan, they're brilliant lads.
And even from their point of view, I'd say they would love to be
to be eventually on a GA channel, but probably never on Free Dare TV.
But even, like, they are brilliant, but their audiences, you know, they have a percentage audience, which is a shame as well.
But I just think the whole thing needs to be stripped back.
And because if we're not, lads, and we keep going the way we're going, and we're going to continue with this forward, we're going to run the risk in the next 10, 15 years' time where...
Counties are just going to fall by the way.
Shorter term.
Five years.
And there's an old saying, the rich will get richer and the poor will get poorer.
And that's what will play out in the Harlem landscape.
And if they do change it up, I think maybe in time this has to be across the board because we're seeing it now, you know, with those stats that you just spoke about there, like the dominance now is filtering down to minor at number 20.
