I roped in this kind of spotty, funny teenager dude who I knew who came and slept in my basement for six months. Basically, I just pulled together who I could. Um, later on some guy tried to sell me a mobile phone package and was really like great talker.

I was in a cafe and someone was wiping down the table with a big smile on their face and super pumped and they're happily wiping tables down. I'm like, what a positive attitude.

I'm just looking for, are they, like... To be honest, it's just, are they willing to join the team? Like, are they actually, when I'm talking to them about the idea of joining the team, does that raise their energy or lower their energy? So the right people, I mean, the people I've always started, well, the people I started businesses with in the early days, They're all ex-hospitality.
