Yeah, absolutely.
And almost every scientist out there is operating in good faith, doing their best to try to advance our understanding of the universe.
So, you know, is there gatekeeping?
I think there's consensus.
I think there's competing ideas.
I think it mostly works well.
I can't imagine a better system.
What I do think is that we're operating under unfortunate constraints.
