I'm a quieter, more introverted person, and I struggle with social anxiety and some imposter syndrome at work.

I know building relationships with senior leaders is important, but I feel like I don't have much in common with them, and I'm not great at small talk or banter.

How do I actually connect better with them without it feeling forced or awkward?

Hey, I just want to talk about how Okamoto has really turned everything around.

Like, I kept on laughing at everybody.

20 games into his career, people were already saying a bust, and now if he keeps on playing the way he's playing, I think he's going to be AL Rookie of the Year.

Yeah, I was just about to say him or Murakami, I feel like.

And then Yusavage, I feel like is a dark horse.

We just haven't really talked about him enough because he's obviously been injured and this is his third start tomorrow, is it?

I'm still stewing I think I'll be stewing until the end of the season to be honest that's not going to fade anytime soon but thanks for having me on guys so there's a few points I'll try and shorten them because I could probably rant on all night about listen we're in no rush on you go you'll regret that in the next 15 minutes

I think the first one that I want to address is the game last night.

There's obviously been a lot of talk about Rangers' first half performance.

People saying it was brilliant, we were dominant, we were winning second balls and some of the passages of play were good.
