I think it's an EQ thing.

I'm blanking, but it's like, we're not learned those skills.

I think it's a soft skill.

We're not learned like the soft skills to actually communicate.

We need to read these books and we need to build our superhuman.

We need to build that into ourselves and we're going to be better.
