So I say anyone who wants to eat, even just eating healthy in general, whether you, whether you eat meat or you don't, you have to have a well-planned diet because you could not be plant-based, but also be eating McDonald's three times a day. So whatever you're doing, your diet needs to be well-planned, whether it includes animal products or not.

I felt really weak or my hair started falling out and all these things. And I've come to realize they were only eating pasta for a meal. I'm like, well, where was your protein? You still have to eat protein. Right. You can't just eliminate protein because you're vegan. You have to replace it with something else.

So where people fall short is when they don't plan it well. And so you have to have the same macronutrients, fat, protein, carbs that you're on non-vegan diet would have as well. Right.
