It was a bloody good thing to another time of day.
How are you guys?
Yeah, certainly didn't feel like a day off.
You know, the one at home, it was pretty early before the game, but we were traveling.
i don't know eight hours and then um yesterday you know you go in you have a full day and kind of they they cancel it before the game so it's good honestly in the middle of the season to get a couple days to just work when you know that the the game's canceled and you can go in the cage and do some work without having to play the game that night but um
Yeah, it definitely doesn't feel like an off day, but good for the position player group to get a little bit of work in, and we'll have the doubleheader, and then we'll have the make-up game, but it's just part of it.
Yeah, you know, Sunday especially because we didn't have β we kind of got canceled around, I don't know, if it was 11 a.m.ish.
We didn't leave the field until 4.
So you kind of had a really long window there to β you know, I went down the cage and got some really good dedicated work in and was able to get a lift in and some recovery stuff.
So just able to have a really nice work day on that Sunday.
And then yesterday just β
Able to go through the whole routine, hit, and then once you get canceled, you kind of jump out of there.
But, yeah, just especially that Sunday one, that was a really rare day to get canceled and then have some time at the field to really work on some things.
So, yeah, it's a nice part.
I think the bullpen rest is real.
At the same time, it's going to line us up for a bunch of games in the next β
