Well, I think alcohol is one of those things that you tend to do anything and everything on it.

Do you know what I mean?

It is.

On any of the other drugs, you kind of would be a bit more chill.

But alcohol is one where you can get yourself into an awful mess.

Absolutely, yeah.

It is, I would say, the gateway.

It's the gateway to absolutely everywhere and anywhere.

Yeah.

Yeah, and then we got sucked up into that, into the game.

And then just World Tour, we were pretty full on for those first 14 years, which was we recorded, we toured for a year, recorded for a year, toured for a year.

So we were literally putting an album out nearly every second September for seven years.

Wow.

And it was just like world tour, back in the studio, world tour, back in the studio.

And all of it was like just living in a dream.

Like, oh, we're supporting you too.

Oh, we're supporting Paul McCartney and here you are at a party.

What I was surprised about now that we didn't have at the time was, because we take people out on tour with us and they are taking mental health breaks and they're bringing therapists out with them and they have a room backstage where you can go and be quiet and stuff.

I'm like...

We didn't have any of that stuff.
