Getting out, getting wankered on the weekend.

And then now I'm sitting in therapy like...

oh yeah you know it was great I had this and now I know all the lingo and now I'm fooling trying to fool him but I'm only fooling myself I'm only fooling myself and this went on for a year and then Christmas I went to I went back to home for Christmas right in Ireland by the way this is all the caveat of like I'm in an Irish band everywhere you go Irish bars like it's we're known for fighting and drinking I did both of them at both stages you know

And so I went back to Ireland and it was my first time home being around Christmas in Dublin without Mark.

And I was like, I got to do this sober.

I can't face this anymore.

I got to do this sober.

So I jumped on the plane.

And by the time I'd landed, I was pissed.

And I'd already speed dial.

You know what I mean?

I was already like, let's go.

Let's sort it out.

And then I spent the whole Christmas basically fucked.

And then I got back.

I was supposed to say it's a New Year's, but I got back on the 27th of December and I touched down and I felt so bad and so horrendous that I was like, that's it.

enough's enough.

I cannot continue on like this.
