Why does Cade Cunningham get this exception and Anthony Edwards doesn't?

I do not understand.

Is it just that collapsed lung sounds more dramatic, right?

Anthony Edwards was out for two periods of time where he had a significant injury problem, right?

One was an infection in his foot that made it hard for him to walk.

So he couldn't have played basketball.

Okay.

That was a real thing.

And an infection in your foot, you know, I guess if you take it out to its illogical conclusion, they could amputate the foot.

They weren't going to do that.

But if collapsed lung is too dramatic for you, how about we say, you know, oh my God, the infected foot.

And then of course the knee injury that kept him out of 11 of the last 13 games.

I just don't get it.

Why?

And I know he, you know, Cade was able to finish, you know, two more than ants or whatever.

But if you get injured on the job, here's my question to you.

You get injured on the job by doing your job.

You didn't get injured somewhere else.
