Patrick's Mental Health Services here in Dublin and that he had attempted to take his own life shortly after the separation from Tina last September.

And to go back to the leaked audio of the phone conversation between

himself and Tina, he did mention that that phone conversation took place while he was undergoing treatment in St.

Patrick's.

He said that it was recorded and shared without his knowledge and that he doesn't remember it because of the medication that he was on while he was undergoing treatment.

And in two ways, he said that he felt his privacy had been taken away from him.

He said that he felt his hand was forced in coming out publicly, that while he wasn't necessarily hiding it anymore, that he wouldn't have been the type to scream it from the rooftops and that he would have rather gone about it in a different way.

And he also said as well that the privacy that he would have had in

having attempted to take his own life, that that had been taken away from him as well because this was all publicly known now because of that phone conversation.

He also spoke about substance abuse.

So what did he disclose there?

Yeah, so he talked about using various different substances.

He talked about alcohol.

He talked about prescription medications and also illegal substances as well.

Alcohol and substances were...

First he said it was a painkiller and then he corrected himself and said a more accurate word was an anaesthetic, that he was numbing something.

And he said after that, now that he's been undergoing a bit of a recovery, that he actually doesn't want to take a drink anymore, is what he said, having since come out that it's actually the last thing that he wants to do now.

Yeah, towards the end of that radio interview, he did say that, first of all, focusing on his mental health is his main priority and remaining close to his family and his friends who are supporting him as he continues to deal with all of this.

But he did also mention that the music and getting back singing and getting back performing on stage is at the front of his mind as well.

And that he just really wants to get his life back on track.
