There was buy-in in terms of how they play the game, how Berube wanted them, insisted and preached and barked about how they play the game.

Well, you need a certain type of player.

Not a knuckle-dragger, but a guy who's got that intestinal fortitude to get in there.

And we see it in the playoffs.

We see it time and time again with guys who step up and elevate their level of compete.

So that's what Austin Matthews would be thinking and would be hoping for at this point.
