is nigel owens right nigel owens is on there and look there was this is interesting because in the business that i do now i talk to audiences about who you are like in that moment under the most pressure who i was mattered more than anything and so like not one thing i did through my entire career was think that the referees the humans and that i'm probably the front door so i need to have a really you know honorable respectful an all-black standard relationship with them
Because I know in the background, I've got coaches constantly looking at how they perform and spending, in my opinion, an inordinate amount of time trying to understand them when it actually will make no difference.
