While the anti-ICE anger rages over immigration enforcement, there's controversy over someone in custody.

Luigi Mangione has another court hearing today in New York City where he's facing state and federal murder charges and the killing of a health care executive.

Now, Mangione has supporters who've shown up outside of these court hearings.

And there's now someone jailed in New York accused of trying to break Mangione out of jail.

On Wall Street, stocks could drop at the opening bell this morning.

Dow futures and Nasdaq futures are both down more than 100 points.

What will Tom Holman say?

I'm Dave Anthony, Fox News.

The border czar will talk to reporters in a few minutes in Minnesota after President Trump put Holman in charge of immigration enforcement there after all the anti-ice anger that grew over Saturday's deadly shooting of a protester.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry talked to Holman this week and tell CNN.

He did not make a commitment to ending it on any given timeline.

However, my hope is

My expectation is that the troops and the agents we're seeing will be drawn down.

Democratic Governor Tim Walz also wants ICE out.

He's not running for re-election, and this morning, Democratic Senator Amy Klobuchar announced she's running for governor.

There's a new Fox News poll out.

Also in that poll, more than a half survey think the U.S.

is worse off now than a year ago.
