Democratic Governor Tim Walz also wants ICE out. He's not running for re-election, and this morning, Democratic Senator Amy Klobuchar announced she's running for governor. There's a new Fox News poll out.
59% of voters say ICE is too aggressive. 49% of registered voters think local governments like Minneapolis should cooperate with ICE. Mayor Frey says he does not. plan to do that.
That's Fox's Lucas Tomlinson. Also in that poll, more than a half survey think the U.S. is worse off now than a year ago. Two-thirds think President Trump should spend more time on high prices and the economy. We'll hear from him at a cabinet meeting later this morning.
The president posted on Truth Social another claim he won a 2020 election he called crooked after the FBI conducted a raid in Georgia, seizing ballots and voting records in Fulton County. Democrats call it alarming.
Shortly after that election, then-President Trump spoke to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and said he needed to find 11,780 votes to win the state. At the time, Raffensperger said he felt pressure from Trump and denied any widespread election fraud. Fox's David Spunk.
Cleanup from that massive storm continues. There were still 100,000 power outages in Tennessee, almost as many in Mississippi. Some homes also have no heater water. Bo Moore with Mississippi Emergency Management tells Fox Weather. Our local water associations in each one of these communities are impacted because their generators are failing or they're running low on fuels.
