I wake up around 6.30, 7. Go outside for 20 minutes, get some sunlight in my eyes. If I don't go into Upgrade Labs, I will do a cold plunge. I may also do either infrared sauna or have a hot tub. The government has decided you're not allowed to have a hot tub that's above 104 degrees. That's not hot enough to do anything. So I hacked my hot tub to go to 106 degrees.
