16-8 fast means that you don't eat for 16 hours and you eat whatever you want during that eight hours. This is what works for most people most of the time, as long as you don't do too much of it. And it gives you most of the benefits of intermittent fasting, which can be slightly longer, slightly less long.

16-8 fast means that you don't eat for 16 hours and you eat whatever you want during that eight hours. This is what works for most people most of the time, as long as you don't do too much of it. And it gives you most of the benefits of intermittent fasting, which can be slightly longer, slightly less long.
