And then you say, Oh, it turns out there was this tiny little sliver of goodness amongst all the crap.
Okay, now you're primed to do the reset process and actually forgive the person.
And the forgiveness is you change the state of your body, not the state of your mind.
So most people, I forgave.

What you did is you told someone you forgave them and you decided that you forgave them and you're holding into all the crap in your heart and in your body and in your gut.
And that crap is the biggest energy leak for all humans all the time.

So there's two paths that humans go down.
When we're very, very young, okay, you're in a meat body that can't feed itself and poops on itself, right?
And your networks in charge are like, How do I make sense of this weird world?
Like there's air and light and and mom and and if you look at the brainwaves of a baby, it's all like the deepest brain uh like sleepy states and then dreamy states.
And you don't even really come out of the dreamy state until you're seven or eight.
So
It during that time it it you're not perceiving the world like normal.
