What's going on with you?
is partially that toxic empathy.
And when people do a lot of their own um their own work on on their adult experiences, on their childhood experiences, they'll go in three different directions.
Um one of them is
Um
pre and perinatal trauma.
The experience of birth and what happened in the womb has effects that you can remember that are changing your personality today.
I was born with the umbilical cord wrapped around my neck and I had no idea the effects it had on me from a PTSD perspective until I did the work and was like, oh my God, I'm so glad I figured that out and let it go.
Um, okay, so there's that.
Then there's the generational trauma.
And that could easily be a part of what you're dealing with.
And I see this.
Um, in any part of the world where there's been conflict, uh including like Central Europe, is full of this because every 60 years an army rides through and messes things up and then it lasts for several generations.
You see it in the Middle East very, very clearly.
You see it um in the Muslim world, you see it in Jewish people.
Lots of bad stuff has happened over the last hundred years.
Um, I mean, we've got Lawrence of Arabia, all the things.
Yeah.
Right.
