Some people will just automatically like, oh.
Okay, I cleaned out my own closet, like, oh my gosh.
And they'll start doing work on their great great grandmother, they never do.
And then they feel these weird shifts in their body.
No.
This is more shamanism, but people do it themselves.
Like I'm trained in shamanic practice and a bunch of other stuff.
But they're doing this with electrodes on their head.
And the coolest thing is sometimes
Someone will like, you know, forgive a family member they haven't talked to in twenty years.
And then that night they get a text from their long lost whatever going, I don't know why I'm just thinking about you.
Not just once or twice, like hundreds of times, to the point that we're all connected more than we think we are.
And so your ability as the leader of a company to just hold your space, it comes down to dealing with your generational trauma, with birth trauma and what happened in the womb.
Was your mom safe and all that sort of stuff?
And then the freakiest thing that comes up, and I've had to deal with it myself, is past lives, which is not generational trauma.
It's not this life, but you're like, why am I so angry at fourteenth century French people?
I it doesn't matter why.
The why is the reason, the meaning engine of your conscious thinking.
It's if it pops up in your m just run a reset process on it.
Just let it go.
