Each member, essentially, of the Von Eriks was so awful and literally unbelievable that when this film was being made, its director left out one of the brothers entirely because they figured that the audience wouldn't accept that another tragedy could happen.

And obviously this is a dramatization, so some stuff has played up, but generally speaking, it's pretty faithful to what happened.
The casting, I think, is quite strong.
Zac Efron is brilliant in it, and I wouldn't be the biggest Zac Efron guy in the world, but...
I felt like he was kind of robbed, I think, of some kind of awards attention, as was Holt McElhaney, who plays the father.
People have seen him in Mindhunter and other films as well.
You've got Jeremy Allen White from The Bear as Kerry Von Erich, the Texas Tornado.
You've got Harris Dickinson as David Von Erich.
This is lovingly shot.
It's beautifully made.
It's got some great performances, great music in it.
It is heavy, though, I would say.
