And I'm not going to fret about it because happiness comes.

You know, I always laugh when I'm playing golf.

My golf motto is the secret to happiness is low expectations.

So if you quit expecting them to be something that they're not going to be, then you can just chill.

Right.

So you're just going to let them live there.

And if they pay, we're going to act surprised.

OK, and that's not a bad plan.

You could get the 60,000 paid off in a few years or a few months or whatever and not worry about it, couldn't you?

The other option, if you want to be a little more.
