But the first stage is the treadmill stage where we feel like we're stuck on a treadmill.
We've got no one to delegate to, and you just run, run, run, run, run, run, run, collapse on the couch every night.
What did you do today?
I don't know, but I did a lot of it.
And really tired.
And so that's the treadmill stage.
And it's a fun stage.
It's an exciting stage.
You do have control of your destiny.
It's a nice, it's a fun part of that.
But then when you start hiring people to do work when you're not working, oh, now life starts to get good.
Assuming you get the right people and you won't the first time, you'll have to fire them and get new people.
But you'll finally find people that actually work.
And they're out there.
There's not many of them, but they actually work.
and then you'll start to grow the business.
So hang on.
