Now, the ceasefire has already fallen apart.

The Strait of Hormuz is not open.

The big problem here to negotiate at this meeting is that the ceasefire has already fallen apart because Israel's attacking Lebanon.

And the Iranians say, no, we won't open the Strait as long as they're doing that.
