It creates calm.
But in that environment, you're actually stimulating that calming division of your nervous system.
You're creating more parasympathetic tone.
So it's a deep form of recovery, but you've got to be aware of it.
So when you go into nature, it's like, this is flushing stress hormones out of my body.
This is creating mental clarity.
This is like getting my phone and plugging it on charge.
And that's one of the things we're missing nowadays is we are disconnected from nature.
Why?
Because we live in concrete jungles that biologically resigned to be in nature all day.
It sets our circadian rhythm and our biological clock.
So anyway, I said to the boys, I will build it here and they will come.
And now they're coming from all over the world and everywhere.
So we run a one-day intensive where people can come out and spend a whole day going through the training that's tailored to them.
We run a two-day and a three-day intensive where they come out and immerse themselves in the training.
