That's out at Piha, right?
Yeah, we run the first day at Piha, which is just...
You know, we have people coming from all over the world now to spend time doing our training system, integrated training system out at Piha.
And I remember, and I'm going on all sorts of tangents here, but I remember the boys, they said to me, you're going to have to get a gym in town because people aren't going to come to Piha.
And I said, man, if you make it, people will come.
If I build something here, people will come.
Look at this place.
You've got the Waitakere Ranges.
You've got the Black Iron Sand, which is called Titanomagnetite.
It's volcanic energy.
activity.
It's been broken down, that sand's been broken down from volcanic activity in Taranaki millions and millions of years ago and deposited along the West Coast.
There's so much energy just in that sand.
Then you've got the Tasman Sea, which is one of the craziest oceans in the world.
So you've got this melting pot of energy and it's getting people to understand that biologically we're designed to be tapped into that energy.
That energy is what creates calm.
So when you go out in nature, wide open space, you're listening to the sounds of nature and
by design, when you're out in nature, you are exercising.
Exercising is one of the most profound forms of stress control.
