It takes people through the knowledge, the skills, and the practical simulations pertaining to stress control and remaining calm under pressure.
It's all about building a foundation of stress control so that you can go into whatever it is that you do in life with more balance, better decision-making, better productivity, better sleep, better thought control, emotional regulation.
There's a lot.
There's a lot over the weekend, but the cool thing about it is we bring in these stress and pressure simulations.
So, you know, we have the ice bath, we run the sand dunes, you can find yourself underneath a pool.
And it's all designed for you to apply the skills that we teach on the workshop into stress and pressure situations to be able to regulate what's going on up here in your head and in your body.
And the cool thing about that is we only have one stress response.
So getting in an ice bath and being able to regulate your breathing and when your mind tethers to the end and you grab it and you bring it back and being able to release any tension, that is a pattern of control and distress that you can apply into any situation in life because you only have one stress response.
So the same stress response in the ice bath, same stress responses having to come in here and talk to you.
Same stress responses getting up and talking in front of a whole peoples.
a whole lot of people.
And if you think about in those moments, what have you got access to to give you more control?
It's nothing external.
It's an inside job.
It's about regulating your state.
And that's the work, man.
In that Calm Under Pressure workshop, I'm very passionate.
We've built out... About that workshop, we've built out a team.
It's not just me.
There's a whole team of us that are specialists in their field of stress control and human performance.
