You know, there are people that are way smarter and know way more about this than me.
Of course, there are.
But.
I deeply understand human behavior and that I think that that is, I've always had that, but it's also a combination of 14 years of seeing thousands and thousands of different presentations where you're having to work things out.
And, you know, a lot of that job is not about the gory stuff.
And it's actually about, you know, rocking up at someone's house and an elderly person helping them off the ground and seeing them down, making a cup of tea and having a chat, you know, being able to connect with people.
I think like I use them every day.
But.
You know, I think.
I think like a really stressful situation is getting up and talking in front of people because there's so many what ifs.
Now, what if I get up there and botch it up?
What if this happens?
What if that happens?
And I remember, man, like the first talk I ever gave, the keynote talk, and I had never done, you know, I talked at my mate's weddings and stuff like that and 21st, but I'd never done a talk at a health summit, for example, in front of 400 people.
And two weeks leading up to this, man, I was so stressed and so anxious and so overwhelmed with self-doubt and fear, apprehension, tension.
And I kind of got pissed off at myself.
I was like, man, I teach this stuff, but I can't regulate things.
I'm just, yeah.
And, you know, the day of the thing, I didn't sleep well.
I went in there and the guy talking before me was a neuroscientist from Australia.
