And so you imagine what I started doing.

I've gone after a neuroscientist from Australia and his presentation is incredible and just riddled with self-doubt, man.
And right before...
I kind of knew that stress, pressure, fear, apprehension, tension, anxiety, overwhelm, and excitement physiologically are kind of the same thing.
You're pumped up.
You have adrenaline.
You have cortisol.
You're ready for action.
How do you bridge that gap?
And it's your ability to focus.
If you can focus and direct your attention under pressure in those moments, you can convert that into excitement.
And that's about getting your self-talk right.
It's about controlling your breathing.
Real simple things.
And so I have this four-step method that I use.
And I think the first step is the most important, and that is embrace the stress.
You've got to want to be in the fire.
And so right before I walked up, I did this four-step method that I teach.
