Stress is primarily good.
It's like what you're experiencing, excitement, is stress.
When you're feeling that, your adrenal glands are releasing adrenaline and cortisol.
Your heart rate's up.
Your blood pressure's up.
Your breathing's up a bit.
You're ready for action.
Yeah.
And I think the real skill is like, right, when I'm
When I have a negative perception of what is happening, that takes stress from being controlled to uncontrolled.
So it's just like that's why I love embrace the stress.
It's just like you've got to want to have those uncomfortable because it's not, you know, like you would have experienced this like when you're really challenging yourself and you have these negative thoughts come in.
And you feel like, right, that's a negative thought.
I shouldn't be having that.
I need to push that away.
Well, that only amplifies it by embracing it because embracing it is normally it is a thought.
So you embrace it.
You bring it in.
Well, why would you want to embrace a negative thought?
Well, now you're in control.
