That's where we shift into a calm state.
And so you've then earned the right to go into stress and pressure situations, getting up and to talk at a boardroom where you're so stressed and overwhelmed and you just regulate your breathing.
It doesn't mean you're not stressed and overwhelmed.
It just means you've got much better response flexibility, more control of the situation.
And so the cool thing about that is you're training something every day that you can apply into stress and pressure situations, but you're also practicing shifting from whatever physical and mental state you're in into one of calm.
And that is the skill, man.
That is just such an important skill, especially nowadays where everything is about stimulus.
So I would...
I've got this five minute breathing flow.
I'm happy to give it to you.
I don't know if you can chuck it in the thing so people can access it, but it's just such a powerful tool, man.
And it's just five minutes, but you know what?
That has a massive ripple on effect throughout the rest of your day.
Just doing that five minutes.
Because if you think about what do most people do in the first thing when they wake up in the morning?
Grab the phone, they start scrolling.
So they're setting their day up.
Man, you're not setting your brain and body up for coherence.
You're setting it up to be scattered and multitasking and
just by doing this in the morning, man, it's a totally different morning.
