It's a totally different morning.
Yeah, you know, like going for a walk,
Oh, man, I used to watch people going for a walk out at Piha when I was young, and I'd just be like, what are they doing on the beach?
Why are they walking?
It just looked so boring.
I just couldn't understand it.
Now I'm down there every day.
Maybe I've got a lesson to learn out of that one.
Hopefully Taz isn't listening.
Walking is such a good form of exercise.
I view it as a deep form of meditation.
When I'm walking, man, I tell myself, you know, and I like going up to the bush and hiking in the Waitakere Ranges, and it's like, man, I can be overwhelmed in life.
Half an hour in the bush, literally going for a walk.
Everything just goes like this.
And then I can start thinking clearly rather than just coming at everything from a reactive scattered state.
Like this morning, I felt like I was in that state.
Probably had too much coffee, man.
I had two coffees, two double shots.
Yeah.
And I was just like, but I had, I was kind of just scattered, bro.
